The Islamic Medical Association of South Africa [IMASA] is proud to announce that we hosted our FIRST EVER National Virtual Graduation on the 21 May 2021, Alhumdulillah. With close to 300 graduates in attendance and an additional 150+ being their family, friends and members of IMASA, we were able to honour our Graduates and celebrate their wonderful achievements.

We would like to thank our sponsors, 27four Investment Managers, Standard Bank & Shariah Banking for the wonderful gifts. Thank you to their presenters, Cassandra Ison, Dr Thanduhlanga Tshume and Ameen Hassen who offered much needed financial advice at a time when these graduates are starting on their new journey in the medical field and stepping into the world of adulting.
A special thank you to our Guests, Qari Ziyaad Patel who offered a beautiful rendition of the Holy Quraan and closed off with a heartwarming dua’, Ml Sulaiman Moola who left all healthcare workers in attendance pondering about the legacy one wants to leave behind, Dr Imtiaz Sooliman, a true role model, inspiring and motivating them to go the extra mile for the sake of humanity and Dr Riaad Moosa who brought the spirit of laughter with his great entertainment.
