Alhumdulillah, on 23 September 2016, Friday the KZN Medical students had the good fortune to spend the afternoon at Baitul Hifazat Home for the Elderly mothers.
There was a small programme organized with serving of refreshments and gifts handed to the respectable mothers. The programme commenced with a zikr, qiraat and a short talk by Appa Farzanah Rawat following with blood pressure screening and glucose screening.
The screening was very well received and appreciated by the elders and it gave the students an opportunity to interact with them. Their advice and dua’s are invaluable and the students were honoured to be in their presence and to be able to be of service to them. Alhumdulillah
