We had our own personal hands-on Chef who cooked up a storm from Friday morning and worked tirelessly, diligently and proudly to satisfy the taste buds of our guests and especially took pride in serving up his grilled snoek with his magical spices. “Alles in die Kaap is lekker!!!” And thank you to the Lord Charles Hotel’s Main Chef and hist staff who displayed great team work working hand in hand with our Chef and served us with delectable, mouthwatering and heavenly meals throughout the conference.
We would like to thank Gulf Medical University who sponsored the beautifully “Fire & Ice” themed Gala Dinner, which took place on the Saturday evening. A social event everybody looks forward to, dressed for the occasion in black and white with a hint of red, socializing and enjoying the good company of friends, family and old and new colleagues in the health fraternity.
Keynote Speaker, Mr Thumbay Moideen was unable to attend event due to unforeseen circumstances, however his support and good wishes were much appreciated.
