The Gala Dinner was a huge success, though the programme may have run longer than expected. We celebrated our 40th Anniversary in style with many stalwarts joining in the celebration. The food and dessert and dessert were sumptuously laid out and the guests thoroughly enjoyed the socializing part of the evening. Delegates savoured a range of Durban finest cuisines ranging from spicy curries, poultry and meat and vegetables.
We would also like to thank HILAAL TV for the media coverage provided, providing us with live broadcasting over the 2 days of conferencing leaving many viewers wanting to join and give some insight as to what once can gain when attending it. Alhumdulillah.
The Convention was a major success, owing to the hard work and dedication invested by the Organizing Committee led by Convenors; Drs Ebrahim Khan and Shakira Cassim.
