At least 4 council meetings are held annually – venues rotated by the different main branches of IMASA. The aim of these meetings are to report back on the various projects under the banner of IMASA, be it from the main branches, sub-branches & sub-committees eg: publications, membership etc Council members makes a concerted effort to attend these meeting and submit reports in order for the organisation to continue working efficiently as well as improving on any shortcomings.
The board of council members consists of National Executive & branch executive members of past years including current NEC & Branch representatives. This 6-10 hour meeting allows detailed discussions and decision making within the organisation.
